Health Facility Construction & Design

Detailed engineering design and construction of 5 new hospitals across Champasak, Phongsali, and Savannakhet, built to national health facility standards.

OUTPUT 1.2

Medical Equipment & Essential Supplies

Deployment of modern medical equipment to all 5 hospitals, guided by a 5-year costed Equipment Master Plan and funded by the $20M ADB OCR Concessional Loan.

Facility Design Documents & Construction Supervision

Facility Design Documents for all 5 hospitals and a dedicated Detailed Design & Construction Supervision (DDCS) firm ensuring quality construction throughout.
